The Correct Answer is the FSA

The Resettlement Administration was reorganized and transferred to the Department of Agriculture,
becoming the Farm Security Administration (FSA) on September 1, 1937. The FSA fought rural poverty.
Besides resettling farmers and providing educational support, the FSA is well known today for its
photography project which captured the Great Depression on film.
