You are correct!

Eleanor Roosevelt wrote a national syndicated newspaper column called "My Day," from
31 December 1935 until 26 September 1962 (six days a week until January 1961, then three
days a week thereafter). By 1938 she had over 4 million readers. Ultimately, 90 papers
carried the column and it evolved from curated accounts of day to day experiences to civic
responsibility, advocacy and engagement with the American people. She wrote until less than
two months before her death. The Eleanor Roosevelt Papers Project has collected and
transcribed the "My Day" columns so they can be viewed at https://erpapers.columbian.gwu.edu/my-day.
